What the calculator assumes

  • Deemed service is calculated as issue date + 5 days (MCOL convention).
  • AoS deadline is 14 days after service.
  • Defence deadline is 14 days after service unless an AoS is filed, then 28 days after service.
  • If a deadline falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it rolls forward to the next working day.
