This tool counts the number of days elapsed from the date of the alleged contravention to the deemed date of delivery (2 working days after the date of issue/posting). It determines whether the NtK is compliant with delivery (given) within the relevant period under PoFA paragraph 8 or 9 to hold the keeper liable if the driver is not identified. A result that the notice was given in time does not mean the NtK is fully PoFA compliant. Other statutory wording, mandatory information, and service requirements may still be breached.
